Service Excellence) certified or currently preparing for
testing.

100 employees, Avenues’ sales representatives, counterpersons,
administrative staff, and the remainder of our internal
employees are dedicated and committed to providing superior
service.

Canada, you can be sure we’ll have the parts you

At Avenue, we’ve made ordering easy by offering
you the option of ordering by fax, phone or via the Internet
– whichever method is most convenient for you. And
because we have so many ordering options we’re never
closed! You can order parts 24 hours a day – 7 days
a week.
We are also committed to getting your parts to you fast.
With a large company-owned fleet, as well as a network
of independent delivery services, you can be confident
we’ll always get your parts to you fast when you
need them. We track our deliveries daily and make immediate
changes as necessary to ensure a high level of customer
satisfaction. Any internet hotshot orders received before
5 p.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped that day.
